Do you require a contract?

No. Our slogan is "We earn your business with every visit." That guarantees that every time our employees are on site they are giving you the best service they have to offer. So you don't have to worry with being held hostage to a contract that is no longer fulfilling your needs like with other services.


How often can you clean?

We offer services that fit the needs to your facility. So if you need daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly; we have you covered.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions. We even have an emergency after hour customer service if you have an emergency situation that arises.


Do you offer after hours services?

After hours services may be available depending on the hours and number of employees your facility requires. However if your facility requires after hours as an only option we can certainly discuss with you the times available. If your hours needed are not available we can put you on a list for the first available opening. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience but  most of our clientele requires daytime hours. This limits the number of staff we have available after hours. If the need for after hours increases we will certainly consider the cost of additional employees to staff these hours.


Can you provide the cleaning supplies?

Absolutely! We can provide a proposal that includes the supplies needed for your facility so you can eliminate the worry of ordering, stocking and distributing. Lincoln Cleaning Service can provide cleaning products, air fresheners, paper products, trash liners and urinal screens. We can also provide items that may be specific to your facility.


How long will it take to evaluate my facility?

Normally it takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your facility. It may also depend on the cleaning details for certain areas and rooms.
