Many businesses may hire individuals instead of a professional company to clean their facilities. They may feel this is a better way to save cost. Keep in mind that cheaper is not always better. Sometimes the individual you hire may not have insurance coverage and this can be a liability to your facility. So saving cost on the front end may be damaging to your business if the company or individual you hire doesn't have insurance and they have an accident on your property.
